ePASOLINK

All-in-one compact digital millimeter wave relay equipment

ePASOLINK

ePASOLINK is an equipment designed for future high-speed networks. NEC's PASOLINK series lineup of short-haul access digital microwave relay systems offers a wide range of access frequencies in the 6 to 52 GHz band and a wide traffic capacity range of 10 to 400 Mbps. The new ePASOLINK applies a frequency spectrum in the 71 to 86 GHz band (71-76 and 81-86 GHz) and an even wider traffic range of 240 to 1200 Mbps. Additionally, this superior equipment takes advantage of various IP and TDM interfaces. ePASOLINK is the first Carrier-class solution to enable simultaneous transmission of native SDH/SONET and Ethernet protocols, efficient network planning and spectrum utilization, and Carrier Ethernet capabilities designed specically to enable cost-effective, scalable backhaul migration for 4G network deployments.
